We are delighted to announce that we have secured the services of the highly regarded Joe Cathers. Joe trained under  the watchful eye Heston Blumenthal, at the Fat Duck in Bray, (consistently second, in the World's Best Restaurant Awards behind 'El Bulli' of Barcelona).
