Joe Cathers, head Chef in the Castle Barn, trained under the watchful eye of Heston Blumenthal, at the Fat Duck in Bray, (consistently second, in the World's Best Restaurant Awards behind 'El Bulli' of Barcelona) offers a wide menu. Cathy Rollason heads up the Stables Lodge catering team serving a menu of gourmet delights.
