Down on the gravel bottom of the lower valley, Wasing has its own airfield which has been in existence for over 50 years.
Brimpton Airfield and affiliated flying club, run by Sylmar Aviation has over 50 members and around ten permanent aircraft. With regular open days, visitors are extremely welcome and often wonderful acrobatic displays can be seen across the valley.
