Storage facilities are let to both private individuals and businesses and are available on a short or long term basis. Among the storage tenant community on the Estate, we have companies who store garage doors, UPVC windows, household effects, and caravans and trailers. We rent out many buildings as storage units. As the pattern of agriculture has changed over the decades many of the original small tenanted farms at Wasing have been incorporated into the Estate’s own farm. This process has left many buildings redundant. Many of these have been, or are going to be, converted and let out for storage purposes.
