Come and indulge in our fabulous six-course tasting menu, a Taste of Wasing, served every Saturday evening at 7pm. Our executive chef has created the most delicious menu and to make it even more special, enjoy it with our paired wines, giving you the perfect glass of wine to complement each course. Tasting menus are priced at £55 with optional pairing wines a further £35 per person.
Enjoy ‘Estate to Plate’ specials from the a la carte menu on a Friday and relax on a Sunday evening with the Lazy Sunday menu. You can also join the chef and cook lunch with him, alfresco in the magical woodlands.
Our aim is to offer the freshest of ingredients not only from the Estate but from Berkshire and its surrounding counties wherever possible. We are so lucky to have artisan producers right on our doorstep offering amazing Italian style cured meats, fabulous award-winning cheeses including Wigmore and Barkham Blue plus the tastiest ChalkStream smoked trout, from the River Test.
