Events and Courses

Our wellbeing events, courses and day retreats offer a chance to deepen your learning and immerse yourself in more specialist skills and healing modalities.

Throughout the year we offer a variety of yoga inspired and other wellbeing events and courses.  You can enjoy focussed courses through the week, while our one-off workshops and day retreats mainly take place at the weekends, delivered by our in-house experts and  a specially selected team of guest facilitators who have dedicated years to personal study and practice and really embody their passions.

Perhaps you will be captured by a full day escape to explore breathwork, a candlelit evening gong bath and sound healing, or a six week course learning about the nuances of different yoga styles.
