Our block courses of weekly yoga workshops offer you an opportunity to connect with the ancient and modern, energetic and spiritual aspects of this practice, all while honouring the physical needs of your body in its unique expression, and delving into challenge and change.

Wasing offers regular hatha, yin, vinyasa flow and Scaravelli inspired yoga, as well as meditation, breathwork, and pre- and post-natal classes.
