Our regular weekly yoga classes and private sessions offer you an opportunity to connect with the ancient and modern, energetic and spiritual aspects of this practice, all while honouring the physical needs of your body in its unique expression, and delving into challenge and change.

Wasing offers regular hatha, yin, vinyasa flow and Scaravelli inspired yoga, as well as meditation, breathwork, and pre- and post-natal classes.  Our private one-to- one sessions give you the chance to meet what you need in the moment, and our workshops events and courses give you a chance to explore the deeper aspects of your wellbeing.
