We offer various classes to unite the mind and body by combining breathing exercises, stretches and meditation to promote a calming state of euphoria.

Class Information

Yoga - Monday & Wednesday Evenings

Whether you’ve only attended a class or two in the past or you are a yoga expert, this class offers a safe space to stretch, breathe and learn surrounded by like-minded individuals.

Pilates - Friday Early Afternoons

Focus on strengthening your core and overall fitness with the added bonus of improving overall wellbeing. Pilates focuses on balance, flexibility and posture, combining physical movement with breathing techniques and self-awareness.
