Weekly Online Yoga Classes at Wasing

Discover our schedule of weekly yoga, movement and mindfulness classes, with resident teacher, Jill Watson and her team of yogis.

As of September 2020, most of our classes have returned to the studio, with the exception of Monday evening, which will remain an online class for now.  There are a variety of classes running each week Monday to Saturday, so please drop in or  enjoy these as a regular fixture in your weekly schedule.

Pricing

  • Single drop in class: £5-14
  • Pack of 8 Classes: £50-80
  • We operate a flexi-price system for our weekly classes which is a commitment to the accessibility of yoga for all. When paying for classes, please transfer the amount based on your current level of resource.  Note that prices are inclusive of 20% VAT.
  • Payment can be made via BACS, Card, Cash or Cheque.
  • We ask that you reserve a place on our booking system each week, so we can keep track of attendance.

Giving the Gift of Wellness

About Jill

Jill has been teaching for 7 years and practicing yoga since 2004.  Her work is inspired by a variety of approaches, meaning there will be something for everyone to work with.  She is particularly influenced by the work of Vanda Scaravelli and embodied approaches to movement.  We will be offering traditional Hatha Yoga, Hatha Flow for a more dynamic practice, and options specifically for Beginners,  Pregnancy and Meditation.   Jill also leads Women’s Circles, Moon Workshops to help us honour the cycles of change in the year,  and also works as a qualified coach, working 1-2-1 with individuals to make whole-life changes or businesses to inspire the healing and wellness of their teams.

Jill loves to bring a lot of down-to-earth fun to her students and classes, creating an environment where there are options for all levels and abilities, and people can leave feeling suitably challenged and relaxed at the same time.
