Fire

At Summer Solstice, when the sun is at its fullest power, we will gather around our Sacred Glade fire. From the moment the ceremonial fire is lit, to gathering around its flames in community and music, to celebrating the fiery sun in the sky at our Sunrise Ceremony, we will honour the energy that sustains all life.

As the flames rise and pulse, they awaken something ancient within us. When we sit together around the fire, we join a lineage that spans across time. Our ancestors gathered in the same glow, honouring the same elemental power, and their wisdom lives in the rhythm of its rising sparks. And as we gaze into this fire, we look to those who came before us and those who will one day gather here after us.

Fire draws us inward, uniting us in shared warmth and presence. Faces illuminated by flicker and flame, we become one circle, one breath, one intention. We can all feel at times like we are carrying fears, bad habits or heavy emotions, but fire can become our ally in release. It consumes what no longer serves us, dispersing what’s weighing us down so we can start afresh, revitalised. It’s spirit in action; a chance to ignite personal power and creativity, and energise the intentions set in ceremony.

Gather with us around the fire, share in its warmth and ignite your curiosity. Listen to the wisdom of the flames, and remember who you are.

Music around the fire

Music around the fire sparks our Solstice Ceremony’s shift from day into night and offers a magical and powerful experience under the stars in the Sacred Glade. Ayla Schafer, Deva, Omer Gonen-Haela, Ripples Collective and Wider Horizons will infuse our gathering with music that reverberates with deep heart and wisdom, taking us on a soul-stirring journey that leads us back to our own inner core.

As our Fireside Session draws to a close, we will gather in the Sacred Glade for our torch-lit procession to Solstice Hill for our Sunrise Ceremony to welcome the longest day.
