Well Fed from Wasing Organic Farm

Our Well Fed team will be bringing the freshest dishes from Wasing’s organic farm and local producers. In the morning, we’ll be serving shakshuka with focaccia, bacon baps and fruit, followed by an array of delicious lunch dishes, including Wasing braised beef with Yorkshire pudding, horseradish cream and crispy onions; grilled asparagus and roast new potatoes with onions and garlic; salt-baked celeriac with cumin, lime and a fragrant curry sauce, wild rice with toasted sesame seeds and a summer slaw; and tomato and basil on grilled focaccia, as well as Freja bone broth and cucumber spiced smoothies.

For children, there will be Wasing beef sliders with Stoney Cross cheese, ketchup and gherkin, and penne pasta with basil pesto and cherry tomatoes. Sweet treats will include strawberries and cream, flapjacks and triple chocolate brownie.

We believe that farming and regenerating our environment for future generations go hand in hand at Wasing – a belief that fuelled Wasing Farm’s conversion to organic farming in 2018. Organic farming is a system that sustains and regenerates the health of soils, ecosystems and people, relying on ecological processes and biodiversity rather than environmentally damaging inputs. We are proud to produce quality food in a sustainable manner.
