Next May, Wasing Park welcomes Convergence with Horses, a three-day, field-led immersion for founders, futurists, senior leaders and facilitators ready to return to coherence, community and right relationship.

Led by Harriet Goudard, Equine-Led Advisor, as featured in Vogue, the experience offers a space for leaders who are used to holding the tone and the line. For those who are self-aware, accomplished and ready to move beyond performative answers towards something more honest.

A different approach to leadership

Over three days, guests will explore equine-led systemic work, moving through connection, coherence, confidence, community and culture.

Horses offer a unique perspective on the dynamics we bring into relationships and the environments we create. Through this work, guests are invited to explore how they show up, how they connect with others and what it means to lead from a place of greater coherence.

In partnership with inTruth and the Equine Coherence Project, biometric nervous-system tracking will take place throughout the experience. This offers a way to observe physiological shifts as they happen, making the changes more tangible and visible.

With a maximum of ten guests, Convergence with Horses creates space for a more personal and considered experience, bringing together a small community of leaders ready to explore new ways of thinking and leading.

An immersive experience at Wasing Park

Set within the Berkshire countryside, Home Farm at Wasing Park provides a considered setting for this three-day immersion. Away from the pace and demands of everyday life, the natural surroundings offer space to pause, reconnect and approach leadership from a different perspective.

The experience includes shared twin or double accommodation with en-suite facilities, full board and all facilitation, allowing guests to focus fully on the work and the experience of being together.
