Our courses of weekly workshops offer you an opportunity to connect with the ancient and modern, energetic and spiritual aspects of yoga.

We offer various classes to unite the mind and body by combining breathing exercises, stretches and meditation to promote a calming state of euphoria.

We also offer exclusive hire and special events yoga classes at our wild swim lake.

Class Information

Note: This course isn’t suitable for complete beginners or pregnant students. However, we are always happy if you reach out to us to find out how we can accommodate you and your practice.

Yoga

Monday Evenings

Yoga is so much more than the physical activity or Yoga Asana. Yoga is a way of living and how you approach your life after you step off the mat. This course will allow you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, your mind and your body. 

In this course Veronika from Nourish by V will connect you to some of the aspects of the 8 limbs of yoga (the philosophy of yoga). We will practice different styles of yoga asana which will be focused on the mix of Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative and Yin yoga styles. We will connect with our Sushumna channel and find the connection within our energy centres (our chakras), as well as work with our energy locks (bandhas). 

We will learn how to breathe through some breathwork (pranayama) exercises, as well as meditation. By the end of the course you will feel confident and ready to continue your yoga journey wherever it may take you.

Wasing Wellbeing provides mats, blocks, bolsters and blankets.
