Solstice At Wasing
Solstice at Wasing is a carefully curated ceremony; a celebration to mark our gratitude for life and for the Sun – the giver of all life and energy. Gathering around the fire, we honour the earth and her elements through music, movement, song and prayer. The night culminates in a torchlit procession to Solstice Hill to greet the Sun on the longest day.
As the Sun begins its journey back toward winter, the solstice represents a turning point, a reminder of the cyclical nature of life. As one, we embrace this time to connect deeply with the ourselves, each other and the land. This is a regenerative experience. It’s a bridge from overwhelm to calm, disconnection to belonging, and routine to wonder. It is a chance to move fully into your own attunement with support and intention.

Music around the fire sparks the Solstice celebration’s shift from day into night and offers a magical and powerful experience under the stars in our Sacred Glade. Fire serves as a central and focal element, infusing our gatherings with prayer and ceremony and anchoring the energy we generate to offer back to the land.
The Sunrise Ceremony
Guided by Chris Park, initiate of the Order of Bards, Ovates and Druids, the Sunrise Ceremony connects us deeply to the flora, fauna & natural world around us. It begins in the early hours of Saturday morning with a procession from the Sacred Glade to Solstice Hill and culminates in greeting the rising sun over the valley, bringing fresh light and shifting new energies.
