From Sound to Sunrise at Wasing

Join us for a unique overnight experience, exclusively for just 10 guests, as we gather on the Spring Equinox – the moment when day and night meet in balance, and we begin the transition into a new season.
With a full moon rising after this weekend, it’s a beautiful time to pause, reflect and reconnect – with ourselves, with each other and with the natural world around us.
As evening falls, you’ll be warmly welcomed into The Pavilion, Wasing’s beautiful yoga studio, where sound therapist Monica Bazzani will guide you into an immersive overnight sound experience.
This is a sound bath unlike any other. Rather than ending when you drift off to sleep, the sounds continue gently through the night, surrounding you as you move between wakefulness and sleep.
As you settle in beneath the sounds of singing bowls, resonant instruments and soothing vibrations, there’s nowhere else you need to be and nothing else you need to do.
Just rest.
As dawn arrives, we’ll step outside and follow a guided walk through Wasing’s woodlands, watching the landscape slowly wake around us.
We’ll make our way towards the wild swimming lake, where you can choose to take an invigorating early-morning swim, followed by time warming up in the wood-fired sauna – or simply take in the stillness of the morning at your own pace.
Then, gathered around the fire, we’ll share a delicious and nourishing fireside breakfast as the day begins.
From sound to sunrise, from winter into spring, this is an invitation to pause, rest deeply and reconnect with the rhythms of the natural world.
