Wasing's woodland is full of delicious goodies to forage for, including edible wild mushrooms, nuts, hedgerow berries and forest plants plus Crayfish from the rivers. Estate sourced wild venison, pigeon and rabbit are also available. Let our chef work with you to create a knock out experience, cooked over firepits or in the wood burning outdoor oven. The woodland kitchen is a superb facility yet still blends in beautifully within its natural surroundings.

For ‘dry hire’ events only, it is permissible to use external caterers for outdoor events, on the condition they are employed by the company running or hosting the event. They must comply with all Health and Safety including Food Hygiene Regulations and have a minimum Public Liability Insurance of £5 million.
