With wonderful menus to suit every taste and style, our head chefs and enthusiastic team delight in creating bespoke menus for your wedding.
Wasing's Farm has achieved its organic status and its produce direct from the farm is encapsulated in our ‘Nose to Tail’ menu including beef from our wonderful herd of Red Sussex cattle, fruit from our orchards and herbs from our fields and gardens.
The aim is to offer the freshest of ingredients not only from the Estate but from Berkshire and its surrounding counties wherever possible. We are so lucky to have artisan producers right on our doorstep offering amazing Italian-style cured meats, fabulous award-winning cheeses, including Wigmore and Barkham Blue plus the tastiest Chalk Stream smoked trout, from the River Test. Local breweries, Rebellion based in Marlow and Renegade just up the road in Yattendon, provide us with delicious real ales and refreshing lagers. And, we are very proud to stock our own Wasing Gin, incorporating lemons, rosemary, thyme and blackcurrant leaves from our Walled Garden plus authentic Wasing Hedgerow and Wild Flower Honey.
Wasing can cater up to 140 for seated dining and up to 160 with some restrictions, plus you can have up to a total of 250 guests during the evening for a party to remember. Offering fine dining to fun-filled evening street food, well-stocked bars, a cellar full of fabulous wines and a fantastic team ensures you and your guests will have the most phenomenal time.
