Terms & Conditions – Wasing Wellbeing Gift Voucher
Definitions
“You”, “your” or “yourself” means the person who made the Gift Voucher purchase & who is bound by these terms & conditions.
“We”, “us” or “our” means Wasing Outdoor Events Ltd (Company number 13692241) at The Estate Office, Wasing Park, Aldermaston, RG7 4NB.
“Booking” or “Bookings” means the booking of a Gift Voucher which has been confirmed by Us with a booking confirmation number.
“Gift Voucher” or “Gift Vouchers” mean an electronic Wellbeing Gift Voucher issued by Us to You from Our ticketing platform.
Terms & Conditions
- A binding contract between You and Us comes into existence when the final page of Our ticketing website provides you with a Booking confirmation number.
- Gift Voucher prices Gift Vouchers are available in denominations of £5, available to purchase from £35 up to £200 per Gift Voucher.
- Refund Policy Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No cash refunds will be offered for any unused portion of the Gift Voucher.
- Validity Gift Vouchers are valid for use within one year, from the date of purchase.
- Redemption Gift Vouchers may be redeemed against any Wasing Wellbeing offering available to purchase at https://wasing.digitickets.co.uk. To find out which offerings fall under the Wellbeing classification, please visit www.wasing.co.uk/wellbeing
- Remaining Balance If the purchase value exceeds the amount of the Gift Voucher, the remaining balance must be paid by another form of payment. Any unused balance will be retained by the recipient, and can be used against another purchase, in accordance with these T&C’s.
- Event T&C’s Additional Terms & Conditions will apply to all tickets booked for any Wellbeing offerings relating to the specific event purchased. All events are also subject to bespoke contraindications including, but not limited to, the requirement to sign a Health Declaration and/or Personal Liability Statement, depending on the nature of the event booked.
- Exclusions Gift Vouchers cannot be used in payment towards any purchase of tickets towards any event or sale outside of Wellbeing offerings.
- Cancellation We reserve the right to cancel this Gift Voucher for any misuse or violation of terms.
- Social Media Competitions Any competitions promoted via Our social media channels are subject to separate Terms & Conditions. These, or where to find these, will be displayed on competition related posts. They can also be obtained by emailing [email protected]
- Copyright & Intellectual Property Unless credited otherwise, the text & images contained in the www.wasing.co.uk or https://wasing.digitickets.co.uk/ websites and on any Wasing social media page are Our property and are protected by copyright & other intellectual property rights. No part of any of these sites can be reproduced by any process without written permission from Us.
- Personal Data Your personal data will be managed responsibly and in accordance with Our Privacy Policy. We partner with an external Facilitator who runs the Course. You agree to share Your personal data with this facilitator for the purposes of completing the Health Declaration. This is for your health and safety. The Facilitator will not use your data for their Marketing purposes.
- Complaints We will make every effort to ensure the Course is an enjoyable and beneficial experience. If however You encounter any problems, please inform a member of staff during the Course who will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. If a suitable solution is not found and You wish to take make a complaint, please email [email protected] within 7 days of the occurrence about which you wish to complain. Please include Your Booking reference number, date & time visited, the nature of the complaint & any relevant photographs.
- Amendments to Terms & Conditions We reserve the right to make amendments to Our Terms & Conditions for this Course at any time and without notice. Any changes to these Terms & Conditions apply to Your ticket purchase with immediate effect from the date of publication on Our website.
- Severability If it is found by a Court that any of these Terms & Conditions for any reason cannot be enforced, this shall not prevent the other provisions from continuing to apply.
