Wasing’s Wild Swim lake is my sanctuary. So peaceful and beautiful and such a friendly group of members. I always feel incredible after the Wim Hof sessions

The lake is my ‘happy place’ – the cold water is invigorating and makes you realise you’re alive. The setting at Wasing is beyond beautiful, and the experience of being there makes my heart sing. Literally love it and would not want to be without out. Feel so lucky to have found it.
