Wild Elements Retreat for Women - Spring 2021

Wasing Wellbeing are hosting an all-outdoors Wild Elements Yoga Retreat for Women from Friday 14th of May to Sunday 16th May- two nights and three days of reconnection with nature, heart and soul. 

Think open fires, wild swims, waking up to the sound of the birds, forest bathing, bare feet, fresh air, and total immersion in the elements of our sacred woodland space for two nights and three days of specially curated yoga and wellness offerings.

Jill Watson and Jesse Banovic will team up with local, nutritionally inspired chef, Kirstie McCulloch, to offer a blend of soothing and enlivening nature-inspired practices and nourishment, bringing you into a deep space of much-longed-for care and healing.

This intimate gathering will be hosted in Wasing Woodlands venue, with stunning lake-side views from one of our luxury bell tents.

Along with a warm, earthy presence, Jesse and Jill offer an abundance of practices, from yoga nidra, to slow somatic Scaravelli-inspired yoga, to dynamic music-themed flow, restorative yoga and pranayama to forest bathing, soul coaching and kirtan.

Your accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner, unlimited teas and coffees are fully catered for, including lunch on our final day, as are your twice daily yoga practices and an exclusive immunity boosting care package.

We know that safety is still high on everyone’s agenda this year, which is one of the reasons for opting to take this retreat outdoors, giving us maximum freedom, plenty of space and minimum worry.
