We will be connecting with different elements, as well as meridians (channels) in our body.
You will then continue your evening with a relaxing crystal bowl sound healing journey, connecting with your chakras (our energy centres), different frequencies and vibration. Sound creates a beautiful frequency and intent which brings on the healing.
At the end, you will feel grounded, calm and relaxed.
The instruments which will be used through the session:
Crystal Bowls
Koshi Chimes
Tingsha
Ensure that you wear warm, comfortable clothes.

SOUND HEALING
Next Dates
Friday 6th December 2024 7.30pm-9pm
Sound healing is an ancient meditation method which can enable participants to take a journey of deep relaxation, healing and self-discovery.
Many of us experience stress and tension in our everyday lives, meaning that we spend too much time activating our sympathetic nervous system, our flight and fight response. Therapeutic sound has profound effects on our parasympathetic nervous system giving ourselves the chance to rest, rejuvenate and ultimately heal.
Our host Emma harnesses the alchemy of sound as well as the power of creativity and imagination to facilitate multi-sensory immersive spaces and embodied experiences that allow participants to soar and traverse our planes of consciousness. Emma’s sonic immersions really encourage participants to allow themselves to release, playfully explore and take a journey of expansion using sound as their guide.
Attendees will get comfortable in Savasana, be led by Emma on a guided meditation and will then be invited to relax and allow the sound waves to do their thing whilst they sink into the journey.

"The day surpassed all expectations from me and I felt incredibly supported in a very professional and caring environment. I absolutely loved the swim and sauna area and very much enjoyed meeting you and Dean (and Jim). From my point of view I don't think that the day can be improved. Everything was perfect, the itinerary was great and the refreshments delicious. Dean was a brilliant coach, his instruction has given me enormous inspiration and confidence and the tools to incorporate breath work and cold water therapy into my routine. It was a wonderful and very empowering day, thank you again for making it happen."
Jenny
"I had the most amazing day thanks to you making me feel so welcome. As you know, this was something so out of my comfort zone, but with the help of you and how you made me feel by our little talks, really helped me. I felt so incredibly happy at the end of the day, a huge achievement personally, and what an incredible place you have. I felt so connected there, Dean was a sweetheart, gentle and caring so I hope you will work together to do more workshops in the future. It was just so amazing"

Seasonal Self-Care Workshop: Winter
Just as the Earth undergoes cyclic transformations through the ever-changing seasons, so do we. When we acknowledge these subtle shifts, and align our routines with nature’s cycles, we will deepen our connection not only with the natural world but also with ourselves and our own rhythms of life.
We look forward to welcoming you at Wasing Estate to celebrate the cycles of nature, explore seasonal self-care practices, embrace change, and share our journey of personal growth and transformation.
This workshop features an introduction to seasonal self-care, a gently flowing yoga practice (including somatic movements and breath work), use of essential oils and self-massage, time to journal, reflect and set intentions, a silent woodland walk and hilltop meditation, and a luxuriously long relaxation. All seasonally aligned. Herbal teas and wholesome treats are also included, as well as your take-home seasonal self-care notes and reflections.
Your host:

Maura’s love of yoga is infectious. Her guidance is 'soulful and seasonal' and focuses on deepening breath, body and self-awareness. Committed to offering a heartfelt experience she will encourage you to reach further by breathing fully and feeling deeply. Her 20 years of yoga experience range from the dynamic Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow Yoga to the gentler Yin and Restorative Yoga. With a keen interest in mindfulness and meditation Maura's unique style is infused with these. She feels hugely inspired by the teachings of Ayurveda and loves sprinkling her offerings with little gems of Ayurvedic wisdom. Always taught from the heart, Maura’s gently flowing yoga is a compassionate blend of deep breathing and mindful moving.
"I love celebrating the seasons. Recognising and honouring the changes in nature always encourage me to adjust my own rhythms accordingly. Moving with the energy of the Earth feels beneficial on many levels and definitely helps my day-to-day life flow with more ease.
