BREATHWORK & SHAMANIC HEALING RETREAT with Rebecca Dennis & Special Guest Facilitator Anthar Kharana Navarro

Tuesday 21st – Thursday 23rd May

Investment :

Single Bell Tent : £850

Shared Bell Tent : £695 pp

Early bird cost Single Bell Tent £795 Shared Bell Tent £625 by March 31st

This 3 day 2 night Breathwork and Shamanic Healing Retreat offers healing and gentle immersion in nature within a supportive environment at the beautiful setting of Wasing Estate. Accommodation is a single or shared cosy bell tent with bed pitched in the heart of Wasing.

A journey of deep personal transformation, healing the past, understanding your patterns, and helping to reduce stress, increase energy levels, improve sleep, creativity and feel more connected. We will be combining healing methods including breathwork, sound healing, bodywork, coaching, somatic healing, shamanic techniques, movement and a tobacco medicine ceremony. During the retreat we will be holding outdoor sauna and wild swims by the lake for the ultimate reset.

Rebecca Dennis and The Breathing Tree Team are joining together to create a safe, supportive and powerful healing space for the group to connect, inspire and breathe together. All facilitators are experienced and highly skilled in a variety of fields in breathwork, trauma release, somatic and healing techniques. Guest facilitator, Anthar Kharana Navarro, sound healer, composer and ceremonial leader will join for part of the retreat sharing the wisdom of tobacco plant medicine and bringing his exquisite sound healing into the space.

During this retreat, Rebecca and the team will introduce self-enquiry topics which encourages a deeper self-awareness of who we are and inspire further consideration to who we aspire to be. These exercises are designed to complement breathwork to bring clarity of vision and remove obstacles and blockages – tools and insights you can take outside of the space and into your everyday life.

Over the three days we will offer a variety of breath, body and mind techniques whilst gaining an understanding of the nervous system’s intricate landscape and how we can upgrade our breathing and mindset for optimum health. Providing a deep understanding of the impact the way we breathe has on every aspect of our lives – mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Conscious breathwork is the bridge from our mind to our body and helps us be more open to listen to the messages and insights within. This can help you let go of unhealthy breathing habits, such as breath holding and shallow breathing, have a deeper understanding of breath patterns and release both physical and emotional tension from the body. This can dramatically shift the way you feel and bring higher states of awareness.

Please note this is deeply healing work which at times brings up emotional and physical release. The Breathing Tree Team hold a safe container for everyone and there is support throughout and after care.

This tobacco and sound ceremony is lead by Anthar Kharana Navarro (Colombia) who has over 25 years of experience with this plant. This sitting is a way to honour the different aspects of the wheel of life through the plant kingdom. The wisdom of the Tobacco plant has been highly misunderstood due to the historical issues brought to Europe by the conquistadores 500 years ago. In the last few years, this plant has been returning to the far lands as part of the prophesies of the Americas, with the traditional uses, stories and songs which can support the transition from addiction and sickness to healing and wellness.

This process is created by re-ordering our relationship with the plant, which in this occasion the focus will be given to the Air and Water doors, helping us to clear the clouds that blocks our vision and dreams as well as unblocking emotional traumas. Understanding our emotions from the ancestral origins, allows us to find an effective way to transform the bonds with old agreements and conditionings that we carry from our early age.

We are limiting the group to 18.

Depart 5pm Thursday 23rd May

Sound healing is an ancient meditation method which can enable participants to take a journey of deep relaxation, healing and self-discovery.

Many of us experience stress and tension in our everyday lives, meaning that we spend too much time activating our sympathetic nervous system, our flight and fight response.  Therapeutic sound has profound effects on our parasympathetic nervous system giving ourselves the chance to rest, rejuvenate and ultimately heal.

Our host Emma harnesses the alchemy of sound as well as the power of creativity and imagination to facilitate multi-sensory immersive spaces and embodied experiences that allow participants to soar and traverse our planes of consciousness.  Emma’s sonic immersions really encourage participants to allow themselves to release, playfully explore and take a journey of expansion using sound as their guide.

Attendees will get comfortable in Savasana, be led by Emma on a guided meditation and will then be invited to relax and allow the sound waves to do their thing whilst they sink into the journey.

Veronika will guide you through a relaxing session of Yin Yoga. Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine (focusing on connective tissue), with asanas (postures) that are held for longer period of time (between 1-5 minutes) enabling the body to settle fully. We will be connecting with different elements, as well as meridians (channels) in our body.
