Peter Chippy Grant, the founder of Trewhitts Food and ecological catering company, is dedicated to serving food that nourishes both the body and the planet. His menus feature ingredients sourced from local farmers, showcasing the best of seasonal produce and wild foraged edibles. With a focus on food that goes beyond mere sustenance, Peter brings a wealth of experience from retreats, festivals, and events, as well as working as a private chef. Expect artfully crafted dishes with a distinctive, earthy taste that reflects his passion for nutrition and foraging.
Bogdan, with a background in high-end hospitality, has transitioned from the fast-paced world of opening restaurants and managing members clubs in Mayfair to a more soulful pursuit. His expertise lies in creating invigorating, medicinal drinks infused with a variety of herbs, offering a rejuvenating experience that feels like stepping into an apothecary's haven.
